Engineering Department
As one of the major technical departments, YUKE engineering department is mainly responsible for product solutions, including field reconnaissance, field measurement, engineering proposal formulation, equipment selection, etc. Now, this department boasts 12 experienced technical engineers who have many years of experience in engineering machinery, mining machinery, building material machinery and power equipment industries.
After- sales Service Department
As the key component of YUKE service center, the after-sales service department owns 35 sophisticated maintenance and debugging technicians. They all have richly practical experience in equipment production, processing and construction site planning. Specific services offered by this department are as follows.
1. Professional technicians will be appointed freely to construction site for guiding installation and debugging.
2. It provides on-site operator training service.
3. YUKE possesses quick-wear part manufacturing plant. So, original spare parts can be timely ensured.
4. Under warranty, we will offer free replacement service to all wear parts if they have quality problem or are worn unnaturally.
5. Under warranty, all components needed to be repaired because of natural wear or quality failure will cost no time charge.
