2. Production Process
First of all, we implement strict training to each YUKE employee. Only qualified employee can be allowed to enter our production team. Secondly, all of our production equipment comes with high precision, and each of processing equipment is provided with NC system, thus ensuring that the processed components conform to assembly requirements. Furthermore, we are in strict compliance with production rules and regulations.
3. Quality Control
In the aspect of quality control, we strictly comply with the standards of ISO9001, for the purpose of making every piece of product qualified. In addition, we appoint specialized quality inspector to test every critical component which can not enter next production process unless it is qualified. 4. Packaging and Logistics
The key components of YUKE products will be packaged in wooden box or steel plate box, and firmly fixed in the shipping container, thus avoiding impact during transportation. In addition, we can transact logistics, insurance, etc for our customer and offer logistics information in time.
